Holdings Bhd. The company\u2019s principal activities are in manufacturing and packing of all types of edible oils.<\/p><p>In addition, the group is an established player in the automotive sector. Today SISMA Auto is an authorised dealer and service provider for Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, BYD and Denza vehicles in Malaysia. SISMA Auto is also a joint venture partner in Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia), the exclusive importer and distributor for Jaguar and Land Rover in Malaysia.<\/p><p>In line with the move to restrategize its business direction in 2015 due to the changing dynamics of the Malaysian economy over the past decade, SISMA Group is venturing into the energy sector both in the domestic and international markets.<\/p><p>On this front, it has invested in coal assets and coal mining operations in Kalimantan, Indonesia. One of its concessions has an estimated JORC coal resources of 45 million tonnes.
